Q:  This is the first time I am purchasing dance shoes, how do I know what size to get?

A:   All of our sizes are in US sizes and typically you would need to get a ½ size smaller than your street shoes.

Q:  What if I have narrow or wide feet?

A:  We have 3 shoe styles that can accommodate narrow or wide feet.  They are models 161901, 161902 and 164301

Q:  When can I expect my shoes?

A:  We will ship your shoes out within 2 business days of receiving your order.  All orders will be shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  We currently do not ship internationally.

Q:  What is your refund and exchange policy?

A:  We will refund and exchange unworn and undamaged shoes within 21 days of your order.  You must notify us by email or phone call before returning the shoes.  For returns, you will receive a credit for the amount paid less a $5 transaction fee for credit card processing.  Sale or discount items are not eligible for refund.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Q:  Is your website secure?

A:  We use the industry standard: Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure your security for your online transactions.  You will see a ¿lock¿ on the status bar on the bottom of the browser.

Q:  What is your privacy policy?

A:   Protecting your privacy is very important to us.  We only collect the information needed to process your order and never share it with any other organization.
